The Rockland Community College Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) is designed to prevent dropouts and enhance college access, receiving funding from the New York State Education Department. The program assists 340 historically marginalized students in grades 7-12 across the East Ramapo, North Rockland, and Nyack school districts. Rockland Community College LPP operates under the conviction that every student can succeed and deserves equal access to educational resources.
