The town offers a diverse array of licensing, records, and informational services for its residents. Available licenses and permits comprise marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additional services include handling passport applications and preserving town records and archives. Property taxes for Town of Day residents are prepared and collected from January until March 31st, after which all documentation is forwarded to the Saratoga County Treasurer's Office.
