The town offers an extensive array of licensing, records, and informational services to its residents. Available licenses and permits encompass marriage licenses, hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler and solicitor licenses, as well as racing and wagering licenses. Additional services include the processing of passport applications and the maintenance of town records and archives. Property tax collection for Waterford residents occurs from January to March 31st, after which all related paperwork is forwarded to the Saratoga County Treasurer's Office.
