This initiative delivers counseling, advocacy, job preparation, career readiness training, computer training, and support services for individuals who have transitioned away from their roles as unpaid homemakers. It aims to help participants build self-confidence, along with educational and vocational skills.

- Eligible participants include individuals who are unemployed or underemployed, have provided unpaid family services, and have relied on public assistance or another family member's income that is no longer available, aged 18 and over.
