This program provides support for adults aged 18 and older who, due to physical or mental challenges, are unable to fulfill their basic requirements for food, clothing, shelter, or medical care, and cannot safeguard themselves from neglect, abuse, or dangerous situations, especially when there is no one available to assist them responsibly.
Intake Procedure: Concerns or complaints can be reported via phone, fax, or email.
Fees: There are no charges for these services.
