This service offers a diverse array of licensing, records, and informational resources for the town's residents. Available licenses and permits consist of marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additional services include handling passport applications and preserving town records and archives. The collection of property taxes for Schoharie residents occurs from January to May 31st, after which all documentation is forwarded to the Schoharie County Treasurer's Office.
