Safe Harbors Of The Finger Lakes

This program provides crisis counseling for those impacted by rape, sexual assault/abuse, child sexual abuse, domestic violence, sexual harassment, and human trafficking. It includes advocacy with various agencies and individuals, as well as support during family and criminal court proceedings for those involved in domestic violence cases. Additionally, it offers accompaniment and advocacy in hospitals, social services, law enforcement, and other necessary agencies. The service also includes case management addressing housing, mental health, and educational needs, support groups, and referrals for long-term therapy for sexual assault survivors. The organization is committed to raising awareness and preventing issues related to rape, sexual assault, child sexual abuse, sexual harassment, incest, human trafficking, and domestic violence, providing education and presentations to schools, professional agencies, and the community regarding its services.
