Seneca Housing Inc.

This initiative provides HUD Section 8 rental payment support and home ownership alternatives for low-income households in New York State. It includes rental aid for homeless veterans, accompanied by case management and clinical services from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The program allows families with a member who has disabilities to rent affordable private housing of their choice. It also supports families facing housing instability that may lead to the potential placement of their children in out-of-home care or delays in their return from such care. Additionally, it aids Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) with housing needs arising from the demolition, sale, or mandatory conversion of public housing units.
