The office issues a range of licenses and permits, such as marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additionally, it is responsible for maintaining town records and archives. Property taxes are prepared and collected from residents of the Town of Hopkinton between January 1st and May 31st, after which all documentation is forwarded to the St. Lawrence County Treasurer's Office.
