This program offers benefits to disabled individuals who are under Full Retirement Age (65 to 67) and their dependents. It also provides support to the survivors of insured workers, including widows or widowers aged 60 or older, and those of any age who care for eligible children under 16 or disabled individuals. Additionally, disabled widows may qualify if they are between 50 and 60 years old and meet specific disability criteria.
