This initiative delivers extensive training and employment options for those with developmental disabilities, featuring both vocational and supported employment pathways. Employment Specialists and Job Developers assist individuals in crafting resumes, preparing for interviews, and securing jobs. Job Coaching is also provided to impart essential workplace skills, support job retention, and address work-related challenges.
