Steuben County Community Mental Health Center

This initiative provides a centralized intake system for both adults and children experiencing considerable behavioral health challenges who would benefit from enhanced community support and services. It caters to individuals with notable behavioral, medical, or social risk factors that can be managed through comprehensive care. There are three categories of SPOAs: Children's, Adult Case/Care Management, and Adult Housing. The SPOA process is designed to identify those most in need of services and oversee their access and usage.

Intake Procedure: A referral form must be completed.

Fees: There is no charge for the intake process.
