This initiative provides hot, frozen, and bulk meals, accompanied by an in-home assessment, to individuals who are unable to shop for or prepare their own meals. Participants also receive nutrition education and counseling from a registered dietitian as part of the home-delivered meals service. The program is conducted in collaboration with Pro Action of Steuben and Yates.
Fees: No charge.
