Catholic Charities Steuben/Livingston Emergency Services - Hornell Site

This initiative facilitates negotiated budget arrangements and makes direct payments to landlords, utility companies, and pharmacies, along with providing troubleshooting assistance to help individuals prevent eviction, utility disconnections, food insecurity, or medication shortages. It also offers advice on household budgeting and energy efficiency, as well as referrals to other agencies that may better meet a client’s needs, including help with applying for HEAP or other eligible benefits.
