Distributes new or gently used clothing, non-perishable food, fresh bedding and pillows, personal and feminine hygiene products, toiletries, toys, books, and various other necessities to those in need or experiencing homelessness in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Intake Process: To schedule an appointment, complete the referral form. The finished form can be faxed to 631-464-4319 or emailed to David at boutique@addressthehomeless.org.

- Individuals who fit the HUD definition of homelessness, including those literally homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness, unaccompanied youth under 25, or fleeing domestic violence, are eligible, with a referral required.
