Delivers a variety of home and community-based Medicaid State Plan services, including Other Licensed Practitioner (OPL), Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST), and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), focused on the social, emotional, and behavioral health of youth aged 5 to 21 in Suffolk County, along with their families or caregivers. The OPL service offers therapeutic interventions from licensed mental health professionals, while CPST provides support for clients and families to enhance daily living and community relationships. PSR assists in the practical application of skills learned through therapeutic or CPST services. These services can be utilized separately or in combination.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to call the agency for further information.
Fees: All services are covered by NYS Medicaid, incurring no additional costs for families.
