This initiative provides gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender youth, aged 13-21, with the chance to take on leadership positions within the Long Island Gay and Lesbian Youth Community by engaging in event planning, program execution, and fundraising activities. Participants also learn vital skills related to budgeting, diplomacy, and idea facilitation.
