Delivers a wide range of services and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. The HCBS Waiver Home services encompass respite care, community habilitation, day habilitation, and case management. Additionally, Family Care offers a residential option for those with developmental disabilities to reside within the community.

Costs: Payments are accepted through Medicaid, SSI, and FSS.
