This program delivers workforce and career development skills training targeted at underprivileged youth between the ages of 16 and 24, orphans, and individuals transitioning from the judicial system. It emphasizes professional, personal, and leadership growth within a drug-free environment, as well as financial literacy. Participants will be equipped to pursue competitive job opportunities, further their education through post-secondary or vocational programs, gain entrepreneurial insights, and enter the armed forces. The training encourages participants to take ownership of their life choices, fostering accountability, self-determination, and other constructive behaviors that promote economic empowerment, educational advancement, and personal development.
