This initiative assists the VA in its mission to avert homelessness for at-risk veterans and to quickly provide housing for those who have already become homeless. It encourages housing stability and facilitates connections for veterans and their families to VA services and other benefits. The program includes additional offerings such as case management, housing counseling, fiduciary and payee services, access or referrals to mental health care, child care services, legal assistance, personal financial planning, and temporary financial support for eligible individuals. It is conducted in partnership with Services for the Underserved and services are available in Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to call the agency for further details.
Fees: There are no associated fees.

- Veterans who have experienced homelessness and are moving into permanent housing from VA or non-VA emergency or transitional housing programs are eligible.
