The program delivers educational services to individuals under 21 years old at the Riverhead and Yaphank Correctional Facilities, requiring a commitment of at least 15 hours weekly to help students prepare for TASC™ or Regents examinations. It also includes options for Tutoring, Remedial Education, ENL, Career and Technical Education, as well as Career/Life Planning and anger management. The curriculum aims to enable students to fulfill the criteria for a Regents, Local, or High School Equivalency Diploma, integrating contextualized learning, career readiness, and skill development into everyday lessons.
