The program delivers diagnostic vocational assessments, prevocational training, and sheltered vocational instruction within work centers aimed at facilitating community employment. Activities include bench assembly, packaging, porter maintenance, food service, printing, mail sorting, and material handling. Clinical support encompasses social work, psychology, and nursing services. It also provides supported and competitive job placements along with ongoing support. The program adheres to standards set by the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Department of Labor, with limited transportation available for participants. Services are offered at two locations in Bohemia.

Fees: Participants must meet OPWDD eligibility criteria and be Medicaid recipients, or they should inquire for fee details.
