This initiative delivers supported housing and assistance to homeless individuals and families diagnosed with serious persistent mental illnesses, which may include co-occurring substance use disorders. Support is provided in areas such as daily living skills, including financial management, vocational and educational training, symptom control, apartment upkeep, and parenting, aiming to help residents achieve greater independence.
