This initiative delivers case management and short-term emergency financial aid to military personnel, veterans, and their immediate families residing in Long Island. It collaborates with five local organizations that assist veterans: Mental Health Association of Nassau County (516) 489-2322, Association for Mental Health and Wellness (631) 924-8088, Family Service League (631) 650-2182, United Veterans Beacon House (631) 665-1571, and Make It Count Foundation info@makeitcountfoundation.org.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to call for more information.
Fees: Clients should call for fee-related inquiries.
