This initiative provides low-income and homeless families with two or more children access to affordable rental housing and essential support services. After completing the intake process, families are placed in single-family homes and benefit from continuous case management and financial education. The project's aim is to equip these families with lifelong skills necessary for pursuing education, securing employment, achieving financial stability, and attaining self-sufficiency.
