The Aftercare Program is designed for individuals who have successfully completed the Project Self Sufficiency Program and are no longer in WHPDC housing. This program can be accessed for a duration of up to one year after completing Project Self Sufficiency. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with case managers who can provide advice, guidance, and advocacy as needed. The primary goal of this initiative is to support clients who have achieved financial independence, helping them maintain self-sufficiency after transitioning from the more intensive Project Self Sufficiency Program.

Fees: Clients are advised to call for fee details.
