This program delivers diagnostic services, special education, small therapeutic group living, individual, family, group therapy, and recreational therapy. It provides long-term residential placement for girls aged 12 to 17 and emphasizes trauma-informed, gender-responsive care tailored to the distinct challenges faced by adolescent girls. Situated on a campus, the residence offers 24-hour care and a comprehensive array of therapeutic services aimed at fostering emotional, behavioral, and social healing and development. The program addresses various behaviors commonly exhibited by girls, such as truancy, anxiety related to school, mental health issues like anxiety and depression, self-harm, conflicts with peers, family issues, sexual exploitation, running away, and trauma. Residents attend Madonna Heights School, an accredited junior/senior high school in New York State located on the premises. The Group Residence provides traditional long-term placements, short-term stays of 30-90 days, and diagnostic placements.

- Girls aged 12 to 17 must be referred by the Nassau/Suffolk Department of Social Services, Family Court, Nassau/Suffolk Probation, OCFS, or the Committee on Special Education.
