North Fork Housing Alliance, Inc.

This initiative supports low and moderate income residents on the North Fork of Eastern Long Island in securing affordable housing. The services provided include referral assistance and information, help with mortgage acquisition and foreclosure, housing rehabilitation support, subsidized housing aid, loan and grant application assistance, advocacy and counseling, fair housing law guidance, addressing health and safety violations, weatherization referrals, utility payment assistance, and legal referrals.
