This initiative provides tailored information and referrals for individuals with physical disabilities who are looking for assistive technology devices to enhance or sustain their functional abilities. It includes referrals for assessments and discussions on specific devices. The Technology-Related Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities program helps clients choose, acquire, and effectively use assistive technology suited to their requirements. This is a collaborative effort between the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County and the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Suffolk County.
