This service offers employment support, including both on-site and off-site job coaching. The Employment Connection, part of UCP of Long Island, helps individuals with developmental disabilities and those with acquired physical disabilities reach their career objectives. They provide assistance with employment assessments, training, job placement, and ongoing job support.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to call the agency for more information.
Fees: Medicaid covers services funded by ACCES-VR or OPWDD.
