This program offers respite care for adults with developmental disabilities aged 21 and above, living with their families in Suffolk and Nassau counties. Transportation may be available periodically in certain limited areas. A universal medical application and a site visit appointment are necessary.
Intake Procedure: To apply, call the agency. A parent or guardian must be present during the site visit.
Fees: Clients are encouraged to call for detailed fee information.
