The organization supports chapters that distribute free vegetarian food, clothing, books, school supplies, and other necessities during weekly "Food Shares." They welcome donations of vegetarian produce, clothing, and various material goods. Locations for Food Shares include: Hempstead - Sundays at 2pm at W. Columbia St. & Station Plaza, Huntington - Tuesdays at 7pm at E. 6th St. & Fairground Ave, Farmingville - Thursdays at 7pm at Horseblock Rd & Woodycrest Dr, and Wyandanch - Saturdays at noon at the Martin L. King Jr. Health Center, Straight Path & Commonwealth Dr.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to call the agency for more information.
