Family Service League - William Flloyd Family Center

The program offers mobile recovery services to adolescents, seniors, and adults in Suffolk County facing challenges with alcohol or drug abuse, as well as their family members. It includes thorough assessments for substance abuse and mental health, along with diagnosis, treatment referrals, medication management, and case care management, all provided outside a traditional clinic environment. Support is also available for various issues such as medical, housing, financial, employment, legal, and family matters. The services encompass individual, family, and group therapy, recovery support through peer advocates, telehealth options, and medication-assisted treatment at a mobile OASAS designated Center of Treatment Innovation.
