This program provides transportation for seniors aged 60 and above to vital appointments, including medical visits. It also features scheduled transportation for weekly grocery shopping and trips to Riverhead. Each area within the Town has a designated weekly route. Reservations are required, and daily transportation is available to the Senior Nutrition Center for lunch. Participants must be residents of Southold Town. The service is funded by the Suffolk County Office for the Aging and the Town of Southold. For schedules and more information, please call or visit the website.
