This initiative provides a thorough developmental program aimed at children aged 3-5 from low-income families, alongside family support services. The program targets specific goals in education, health, and social services, concentrating on cognitive and intellectual growth, as well as physical and mental well-being, including the child's nutritional requirements. A food pantry is available to the public during the school year from September to June.
