This program features an eight-bed, round-the-clock supervised group home for adolescent boys and girls aged 12-18 who are diagnosed with serious emotional disturbances. It aims to create a therapeutic living space that fosters the highest possible levels of social and emotional functioning for the youth. The objective is to assist both the youth and their families in recovering, reuniting, and facilitating the transition of the youth back into their homes and communities. The average duration of stay is typically between 12 and 18 months.

- To qualify, a referral must be obtained through the Suffolk County Single Point of Entry at (631)853-2995, and youth must present a birth certificate and social security card, along with parental consent.
