This program serves a total of 95 meals each day, split between congregate dining and Meals on Wheels, delivered to elderly individuals who are frail or homebound.
Intake Procedure: An in-home evaluation is necessary.
Fees: A suggested contribution of $2.50 per meal is recommended and reinvested into the program.

- To qualify for Meals on Wheels, applicants must be responsible for their meal consumption as assessed by the PDS evaluator, lack family support for meal preparation, be physically or mentally unable to meet their nutritional needs, be unable to attend a communal dining setting, and have no other means to fulfill their nutritional requirements.
