Volunteers deliver meals to individuals in Northern Brookhaven who are homebound, disabled, chronically ill, or recovering and unable to prepare their own food. Meals are prepared at St. Charles and Mather Hospitals as well as Port Jefferson Healthcare Facilities.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to call the agency for more information.
