This program provides a refresher Lamaze class designed for mothers and their partners, focusing on previously learned techniques for breathing, relaxation, and labor support. It also offers strategies for addressing sibling rivalry and helps couples implement positive changes to enhance their labor experience. The class lasts for 3.5 hours.
