The Sullivan County Department of Family Services, in collaboration with the Human Resources Administration and Agency for Child Development, evaluates family eligibility for child care subsidies by considering factors such as income, the need for day care, and the child's age and individual needs. Typically, families who receive a child care subsidy have the option to select any licensed child care provider.
