Tioga County Open Door Mission

The facility features an 8-bed shelter for men, offering beds, meals, support for addiction recovery, and transportation to medical appointments and job interviews, along with medical and transitional aid. Men who secure employment at the shelter can remain until they achieve financial independence. The transitional housing option provides greater privacy, though residents share common areas in a house setting. It includes affordable rent, opportunities to learn budgeting skills, free furnishings, meals, and a supportive family-like environment.
