Section 8 residents are encouraged to apply. The available units are located in Seneca Falls (Seneca County), the Village of Cayuga (Cayuga County), Watkins Glen (Schuyler County), as well as in the City of Ithaca, Trumansburg, Newfield, and nearby regions in Tompkins County.
