Open Access Hours take place from Monday to Thursday, between 9:00am and 2:00pm at 201 E. Green Street, Ithaca. Residents or employees of Tompkins County are invited to walk in, fill out the intake packet, and have their first appointment on the same day. If appointments are fully booked, they will be rescheduled for the next available day. For those unable to attend during these hours, please contact 607-274-6200 to speak with our intake coordinator, Melissa Kilanowski, for alternative scheduling options.
Intake Procedure: You may either call or walk in.
Fees: A sliding fee scale is available, along with options for Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
