The program offers court-ordered assessments, evaluations, and treatment recommendations, along with crisis intervention and consultation for inmates at the Tompkins County Public Safety Building. It includes specialized services such as SOAR, an intensive group treatment program for court-mandated registered sex offenders, and EMERGE, a psycho-educational program for individuals referred for domestic violence. Additionally, it provides support for anger management, medication grant programs, and serves as liaisons to felony drug treatment court and Ithaca Community Treatment (Drug) Court. Fees are based on a sliding scale and are accepted through Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
