The program is set to commence on the Monday following July Fourth and will continue for five weeks. To qualify, applicants should be between the ages of 14 and 20, reside in Ulster County, and have a family income that does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Participants will be assigned to various public and private non-profit organizations.
