The community provides one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments that come with electric kitchens and 24/7 security. Residents benefit from transportation to shopping, cultural events, and special activities, as well as spacious common areas on each floor, including a fireplace on the second floor, a clubroom, guest suites, a clubhouse with a kitchenette, a library, and both a computer and exercise room. A single monthly service fee covers dinner in the dining room, organized social, educational, and cultural activities, internet access, and a beauty salon.
