Delivers customized services to individuals with disabilities, which include caregiver training in basic homemaker skills, support groups for parents, companionship and respite care, a family crisis program, and transportation to recreational activities. The program also features a children's day camp with games, sports, and supervised exercise, as well as an after-school wellness initiative for children facing significant medical or behavioral challenges. Additionally, financial reimbursement is available to families to help cover expenses related to caring for a family member with a developmental disability. Behavior Management Services are offered, where providers will evaluate behaviors, make referrals, and create a support plan to help families manage difficult behaviors at home.
