Intake Procedure: Applications must be submitted in person at the Wayne County Department of Social Services, or individuals can be referred by another agency. For more details, a phone call is recommended.
Fees: There is no fee for the application process. For transitional housing, the cost is 75% of the Food Stamp entitlement.
