This service provides advocacy and mediation for both tenants and landlords to help prevent eviction or assist in apartment renovations, offering grants of up to $500 to those who qualify. Additionally, it organizes workshops aimed at empowering individuals. PLEASE NOTE: There is currently no direct funding available, but referrals can be provided.
