This initiative offers adults with developmental disabilities the necessary training and skills to secure jobs within the community. The process starts with an evaluation of individual skills and capabilities, followed by pre-vocational training, job preparation, assistance in transitioning from school to work, job coaching, supported employment, counseling services, and additional support.
